Welcome to our website! We are Siddhartha and Bethany and we will be using this website to document our travels and our experiences in the social impact space.

Siddhartha is a dedicated environmentalist and aspiring activist who loves to take photos and videos, climb mountains and rocks of all varieties, and hopes to use technology to contribute solutions to some of the world’s most complicated (climate) issues.

Naivasha, Kenya

Bethany is a social change advocate who is passionate about issues of gender and economic equity, and refugee and migrant rights. She loves to travel, and her time in the Peace Corps gave her a passion for traveling more like a local than a tourist.

We met in 2019 in Kolkata, India and have been traveling the world together ever since. We hope that our stories and experiences will provide people with travel tips and our unique perspective of traveling as an interracial couple.

The views we discuss on our pages are only ours, they do not reflect the opinions or positions of our respective countries, organizations, governments, or anyone besides us!

We hope you enjoy our stories, feel free to get in touch!

Safe travels and à bientôt!

  1. Hi Bethany. My name is Michelle, and I was one of the PC Blog It Home contest winners a couple years ago. I’d like to invite you to a six-week Blog Challenge I’m hosting to help PCVs “level up” their Third Goal blogs in the New Year. This is “phase one” for an online project I’m working on with the aim of helping bloggers to promote cross-cultural understanding. I’d be honored if you would visit my new site: http://BloggingAbroad.org, watch the video (or read the transcript if loading videos is a challenge), and sign up to join the adventure in blogging. Take care and happy blogging! Michelle
